What will appear on my credit card statement?

Charges from RentasVIP appear as "RENTASVIP*PROPMGMT" on your statement. This applies to all subscription payments and add-on services.

When will I be charged?

For monthly subscriptions, you are charged on the same date each month as your initial signup. For annual subscriptions, you are charged once per year on your signup anniversary.

How do I update my payment method?

Log into your account, go to Settings β†’ Billing β†’ Payment Methods. You can add a new card and set it as your default payment method.

What happens if my payment fails?

If a payment fails, we will retry the charge up to 3 times over 7 days. You will receive email notifications and can update your payment method at any time. Your service will remain active during this period.

How do I get a receipt or invoice?

Receipts are automatically emailed after each successful payment. You can also access all invoices in Settings β†’ Billing β†’ Invoice History.

Can I change my billing cycle?

Yes, you can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time. Changes take effect at your next billing date. Annual billing provides a 10% discount.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings β†’ Subscription β†’ Cancel Subscription. Your service continues until the end of your current billing period with no additional charges.

I was charged but I cancelled. What happened?

Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period. If you cancelled before your billing date but were still charged, please contact billing@rentasvip.com.
