New subscribers can request a full refund within 30 days of their first subscription payment if not satisfied with our service. No questions asked.

At RentasVIP, we want you to be completely satisfied with our property management software. This policy outlines how refunds work for different types of payments made through our platform. We process all payments securely through Stripe, and refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

Subscription Refunds

New Subscribers - 30-Day Guarantee

  • Request a full refund within 30 days of your first subscription payment
  • No questions asked - simply contact our support team
  • Applies to Starter, Professional, Business, and Realtor plans
  • Refund processed within 5-10 business days

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Cancel anytime from your account settings
  • Service continues until end of current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months after the 30-day guarantee period
  • No cancellation fees

Annual Subscriptions

  • 30-day full refund guarantee applies
  • After 30 days: Pro-rata refund for remaining full months
  • Calculation: (Remaining months Γ· 12) Γ— Annual payment
  • Minimum 3 months remaining for pro-rata refund eligibility

Property Add-on Refunds

Add-on services (Hurricane Ready, HOA Compliance, Premium Support, Analytics Pro) are subject to the following refund terms:

  • Within 7 days: Full refund available
  • After 7 days: Service continues until end of billing period; no partial refunds
  • Annual add-ons: Pro-rata refund for remaining full months

Rent Payment Disputes

Important: Rent payments processed through RentasVIP are transactions between landlords and tenants. RentasVIP facilitates these payments but is not a party to the lease agreement. Disputes regarding rent payments should be resolved directly between the landlord and tenant according to the lease terms. We can provide transaction records and documentation to support dispute resolution.

Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

  1. Log into your RentasVIP account
  2. Navigate to Settings β†’ Subscription
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm cancellation

What Happens When You Cancel

  • Your service continues until the end of your current billing period
  • You retain access to all features during this time
  • Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation
  • You can export your data at any time before or during this period
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time

Non-Refundable Items

  • Application processing fees (tenant screening)
  • Payment processing fees charged by Stripe
  • Services already rendered (e.g., completed maintenance coordination)
  • Promotional credits or discounts
  • Subscriptions cancelled after 30-day guarantee with less than 3 months remaining (annual plans)
